Officers were called to the 100 block of East Chestnut Street in West Chester around 6:15 p.m. on Nov. 30 on reports of an armed robbery, local police said in a Wednesday release.
Patrick Wells, of Audubon, is accused of being one of three men who tied a man by his hands and feet and gagged him while stealing multiple items worth more than $5,000 from his apartment, according to West Chester police.
The group is believed to have fled in a dark-colored vehicle, police said.
Investigators had not found Wells as of Dec. 8, more than a week after the apparent robbery.
